Native Speakers of Thai language

Candidate (s) must have a previous experience in B2B sales
A professional approach and phone manner is a MUST
Preferably an IT expreience is desired and/or a technical knowledge is essential.
Quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running
Excellent communication & people skills
Have at least 1 year's sales experience (preferably in a call centre environment )
Available to work Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm
Technical knowledge MUST be on at par with a Subject Matter Expert
An IT Dgree and or Education is a plus
Ideal previous experience could include customer service, sales, door to door sales, direct sales, F2F, telemarketing, telemarketer, fundraising, fundraiser, appointment setter, appointment setting, telesales, call centre, lead generation, lead generator, outbound calling, inbound calling, telco sales, IT Graduate.
SALARY OFFER WILL DEPEND ON YOUR QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE and LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY (both English and preferred Language)
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
