Roles and Responsibilities:
• Reach out to prospective clients • Gather sales appointments for the sales force team • Tap a list of leads that will be given • Maintain old client as well as make new clients • Be able to respond to possible rejection and how to counter such rejection
• 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role • Must have a very good understanding on U.S. English. • Be able to communicate clearly in both written and speaking. • Background in sales and telesales • Background in lead generation or business development • Able to hit daily and monthly targets • Excellent phone manner and etiquette • Well organized and able to work well under pressure • Willing to work part time 4 hours a day - US EST • Amenable to start immediately

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
