Technology Analyst (Unix/SQL)
Work location: Ortigas

Work schedule: Night shift schedule, 24/7 on-call schedule

Required knowledge: UNIX, Oracle SQL

Required Experience
  • Support of production environment (Operations) a must
  • Background in Telecommunications and/or Billing Operations an asset
Job responsibilities:
  • Support various application and processes in a production environment that runs 24/7 and maintain their stability
  • Identify issues in a timely manner (as per SLA), manage incident resolution and root cause analysis
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve production issues quickly and accurately
  • Conduct and manage impact analysis of issues and recommend solutions
  • Maintain ongoing and proactive communications with internal and external teams
  • Report on production issues in a timely manner, create tickets/defects for every issue to track it and log incidents in Incident Log
  • Must be available for 24x7 on-call schedule
  • Must always be available during night shifts
