Technology Analyst (Control M, Unix and Scripting)
Roles & Responsibilities:
-Deployment of middleware applications to pre-production and production environments
-Conducting root cause analysis of performance issues from testing and production environments
-Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all environment related issues for a project or release
-Troubleshoot and resolve environmental defects within their SLA.
-Assist with scheduling and execution of non-production middleware and infrastructure change management activities
-Troubleshoot and document non-environment related defects and communicate issues to development and other support teams.
-Proactively monitoring of middleware platform
-Install and setup the Control-M and Batch environments
-Deployment of staged built BDU package based on a process & scheduling work with Control-M
-Reviews Control-M job definition and corresponding run book
 
Required Skills:
-Mid to Advanced Unix/Linux Ops skills (background in SFTP)
-Powercenter/Informatica
-ControlM GUI administration
-Good background in XML and DB
-Vistual Studio (TFS)
