Technology Analyst (Asset Management)
Work location: Ortigas
Schedule: Night shift
The candidate should have previous experience with user support and request fulfillment, data cleanup, technical documentation editing and creation and, ideally, experience in a large IT organization.


Responsibilities
  • Fulfil CMDB requests according to strict OLAs. 
  • Prime for user support over email. 
  • Run and analyze daily, weekly, monthly reports to ensure data accuracy. 
  • Liaises with other departments to maintain accurate data. 
  • Work cooperatively with a small team of BSAs to ensure all team work is completed. 
  • Write and maintain technical support documentation. 
Required Skills and Abilities
  • Highly developed personal planning and organizational skills: negotiating, initiating, planning and organizing several activities in parallel. 
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to change. 
  • Working knowledge of Project Management tools. 
  • Attention to detail and ability to make sound judgements. 
  • Strong collaborator and excellent problem solving skills. 
  • Self-starter that can work independently and meet deadlines. 
  • Knowledge of asset management tools and processes. 
  • Ability to work night shift. 
  • Experience with user helpdesk support over email. 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent. 
  • ITIL Certification desirable. 
  • Asset Management Certification desirable. 
  • Strong English required. 
  • Experience with Agile methodology preferred. 
  • Experience with Remedy ITSM 9 preferred. 
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
