Qualifications

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST A

At least 1 year BPO experience

Completed at least 2 years of vocational course (any course, no back subjects)

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST B

Open to fresh gradueates with any IT related course. (Completed 4 years)

Good communication skills

Can handle advanced troubleshooting issues

Basic computer and internet navigation skills

Willing to work in BGC Taguig
