Job Description
Key Accountability Areas:
  • To support day to day end user/customer operation. 
  • To provide desktop/laptop administration and support. 
  • Act as the first point of contact for IT related issues from callers and walk-in users. 
  •  Monitor system and application health, network traffic, bandwidth utilization and reports/tracks any faults to the ISP via phone and email. 
  • Sets and loads computer equipment with required items and prepares computer equipment for operation. 
  • Troubleshoots minor equipment malfunctions and corrects them as directed by computer operation manuals, or the supervisor. 
  • Performs task necessary to prepare computer-provided information for delivery to requesting clients. 
  • Operates computer for purpose of providing information to requesting clients and/of engineers. 
  • Performs task necessary to prepare computer-provided information for delivery to requesting clients. 
  • Maintains logs of all work performed and processed, and turned in to the supervisor at the end of the day. 
  • Assists with fieldwork as requested. 
Education:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. 
  • Newly Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
