Job Description
  • Female with at least 1yr experience in Helpdesk role or related processes (Tech support, TSR, Service desk, IT Support) 
  • Install, test, and/or upgrade operating systems and/or applications. 
  • Assist in general information technology ("IT") support requirements within expertise.
  • Accepting contacts via the web, email, phone and chat.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in IT related course. 
  • Excellent Engilish Communication Skills 
  • Amendable to start as soon as possible 
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm)
