• Initially, staff would be focused on data tasks (cleaning/scrubbing data) for the first couple of months

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide technical assistance

• Initially, they will be assigned to perform data cleaning/scrubbing, for which training will be provided

Qualifications

• Good English Communication skills (both written and oral)

• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices; Proper phone etiquette

• Multi-tasking capabilities

• Tech savvy people; There is no hard requirement to have a technical background as trainings will be provided

• Quick learner

• Good problem-solving skills and focus on quality

Working hours

Initial staff might be asked to work during US business hours

Possibly  9:00PM to 6:00AM Manila Time
