You know you are the perfect fit if you are/have:

  • Accumulated at least 5 years experience in the same role and at least 8 years in total IT recruiting experience.
  • Solid experience in client management and leadership in IT hiring environment.
  • Experience in IT Headhunting is an advantage.
  • Highly skilled and creative in sourcing niche IT roles.
  • Adept in data driven recruitment.
  • Above average oral and written communication skills.
  • Above average knowledge of Microsoft Office
As part of our growth, your tasks will be:
  • Responsible for managing and developing a team of Sr. Technical Recruiters.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of all HCPH IT hiring requirements.
  • Working closely with internal teams and hiring managers to ensure alignment of recruitment efforts.
  • Helping Talent Acquisition Manager in developing recruitment strategies to address hiring needs.
  • Continuously studying and augmenting the best sourcing channels to support hiring.
  • Ensuring excellent applicant experience is provided to candidates.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned.
