Job Description
The role requires a proactive person with a high care factor, strong work ethic and a passion for
managing successful quality outcomes for customers. The successful candidate must have significant proven Project Management in a technology environment and with previous consulting company experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for ensuring the successful delivery of WhiteSky Labs projects adhering to
    methodology, meeting scope on time, within budget, and of quality
  • Provide quality and control assurance on customer engagements and assist in the financial
    and resource allocation tracking of assigned projects
  • Engage project key stakeholders/sponsors on requirements clarification and prioritisation
  • Onboard project team, assist in defining team interactions/structure, facilitate meetings with
    stakeholders and set-up project controls in accordance with the project’s approved statement of
  • Create comprehensive project work plans and project documents, ensuring it is up to date,
    communicated in a timely manner, and in accordance with the Project Management Office’s
    standards and guidelines
  • Manage project’s Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies (RAID), and assist in
    producing contingency plans and executing mitigation strategies
  • Provide guidance to project team and customers on leveraging agile/waterfall methodologies
    in the project
  • Give support to the project team by providing motivation and recognizing outstanding team
  • Execute change control processes as necessary, facilitate communication, capture change
    request details, and secure approval from project’s change control board
  • Produce and communicate project delivery status reports in a timely manner and conduct
    follow-up meetings where required with customers
  • Foster positive relationships with stakeholders and become a trusted partner of customers
  • Assist with improvements to WhiteSky Labs’ standard delivery methodology and Project Management Office documents and templates 
  • Participate in various project management roles in a billable capacity on customer
    engagements when necessary
  • Participate in pre-sales activities in the region as required including proposal creation and
  • Projectize organisation’s internal initiatives by using different project management tools and
  • Assist in delivery acceptance and approval of sales proposals and in handover activities from
    sales team to delivery team
  • Work with the resource coordinator in providing decisions in resource allocation requirements
    for pipeline and current projects
  • Be proactive, take accountability and ownership of assigned tasks to meet commitments to
    customers on time and of quality
Required Skills:
  • Project Management certification (Prince II, PMP, or similar) 
  • 7+ years of IT Experience including working for Consulting companies
  • 4+ years Technical Project Manager demonstrable experience across Data Integration or
    Middleware projects
  • 2+ years of Technical Project Manager demonstrable experience locally managing off-shore
    teams where the end-customer is in a different country
  • Strong organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work well and communicate under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Well versed in various project management tools, collaboration tools, and communication and
    presentation software (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, Google Suite, Microsoft Office)
Preferred Skills: 
  • Pre-sales experience, estimation of proposals and project work required
  • Previous project management experience including the creation of delivery methodologies,
    people management, practice strategy, and administration experience is a bonus
  • Configuration Management, release management, and deployment experience
  • Application Support and IT operations experience
  • Experience in development and architecture of solutions in the integration space is a bonus
  • Middleware product knowledge is a plus
  • Scrum Master
