Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Business Analysis

● Collaborates with internal stakeholders, clients, end users and other team members to gather, analyze, elicit and define technical requirements in creating functional and non-functional specifications.

● Creates and maintains project documentation which includes process flow, website/system wireframe, mockups, and data/table mapping.

● Builds high-quality mockups and designs different prototypes. Facilitates design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution.

● Designs and translates system wireframes that will produce visual elements of the application to the team

● Researches and analyzes the market, the users, and the roadmap for the product. Provides product vision, create a roadmap, and bring a product to life

Backlog Management

● Performs system testing, creates tickets for system errors and bugs; creates test scripts and scenarios for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

● Establishes project requirements, priorities, deadlines, development guidelines and QA procedures.

● Coordinates resources (on-site and off-site) across multiple projects

Team Management

● Keeps abreast on relevant methodologies and technologies to build future-ready systems.

● Act as a Scrum Master

● Manage team members of assigned product team 


● Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field

● At least 2 years’ experience working in the same role with strong business acumen

● Ability to create diagrams to visually represent requirements using wireframing tools like Balsamiq,Moqups, etc.

● Software development experience with an emphasis on best practices, is a plus

● Good to have experience in project and team management of distributed teams

● Ability to work with minimum supervision and coordinate multiple distributed project teams

● Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills

● Creative thinker with a vision

● Good eye for design

● Very good written/verbal English communication skills

● Some coding, scripting skills (SQL, HTML/CSS, any programming language)
