Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW


• Manages and leads a team of Wrist Service Center staff to deliver high quality customer service to internal and external customers

• Reports to the General Manager of Wrist Service Center-Manila

RESPONSIBILITIES


• Manages and leads a team in accordance with globally aligned processes

• Ensures that process key performance measurements are managed and met

• Motivates the team to provide excellent service and achieve business results by coaching and managing their performance

• Work closely with various departments and Wrist Commercial Offices in the development and implementation of new processes that are to be managed in the Wrist Service Center in coordination with the Wrist Process Manager

• Works with and assists the Wrist Service Centre Assistants with the linking of customer items with the equivalent items in the Wrist catalogue (Code-cracking).

• Participates in other tasks as defined by the Wrist Service Centre Manager.

REQUIREMENTS


• Graduate of any 4-year course with at least two years management experience in global organizations within areas of customer service or shipping

• Two years’ experience in ship chandling, preferred

• Previous positions related to the maritime/seafaring industry as well as the use of IMPA Marine Stores Guide and other guides and catalogues that describe and de-tail goods and material used onboard vessels and offshore installations.

• Strong team management, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated, service-oriented and result-oriented, able to work under pressure

• Experience on KPI development and monitoring of team performance

• Able to cope in a fast pace and dynamic environment

• Some proficiency in MS office applications and the use of IMPA and other materials catalogues and directories.

• Good command in both spoken and written English

• Must be willing to work on shifting schedules.
