Job Description
Responsibilities:  
  • Communicate effectively with the stakeholders
  • Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  • Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance
  • Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members
  • Manage and communicate the schedule of the team
  • Liaise with staff members regarding staff purchases 
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years experience in team management 
  • Experience handling a back office or a non-voice account is a MUST 
  • Has experience in processing transactions and orders from offshore customers 
  • Experience using Microsoft Navision (RTC version) is a plus 
  • Willing to work on shifting schedule (4AM, 6AM, 11AM), Monday-Friday
