If you have at least 3 years of experience, managing a team of helpdesk professionals, with experience in Infrastructure and Network Design, then you might be the person that we are looking for. 

Skill(s) / Requirements: 
Must have: 
  • Experience with managing, supporting, and designing\implementing MS SQL Server, IIS and Exchange Server 2003 to 2013 
  • Experience with managing, supporting, and designing/implementing DHCP, DNS, Security, and Networking of Microsoft Server 2003 to 2012R2 
  • Experience with managing, supporting, and designing\implementing Active Directory 
  • Strong working knowledge of managing and supporting of Windows XP to 8 desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office 2003 to 2013 
  • Experience with Virtualisation 
  • Strong Customer Service Background 
  • Good Written and Verbal Communication Skills 
  • Independent and can work with minimal supervision 
  • Professional IT Certifications, such as: Microsoft MCSA, or MCSE, Cisco CCNA, or VMware VCP 

  • Manage team of I.T Helpdesk Professionals 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve client issues via phone, email, chat or screen share 
  • Create and update tickets for monitoring 
  • Answer calls from clients needing help 
  • Effectively diagnose and resolve software/hardware faults 
  • Assist with monitoring and applying maintenance tasks
