Job Description
  • Process and analyze data using statistical modeling techniques into profiles of customer segments and/or behavior that can be used for: 
  • Product creation & design, target marketing, cross-selling/up-selling, advertising and promotion, and other marketing-related initiatives 
  • Increasing number of product availments per customer to improve wallet share 
  • Risk-based collection strategy 
  • Branch, ATM, dealer and other channel expansion strategy 
  • Formulate/test/validate models on customer behavior created and referred by product managers 
  • Maintain a dynamic model on customer behavior by analyzing post-campaign results, success/failure rates, and integrating new behavior into the database 
  • Coordinate with IT DW and BIMS Information Services Department on the data extraction, validation requirements, transformation rules and loading criteria 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Science 
  • Strong academic record 
  • At least 3 years previous experience in business intelligence and analytics, preferably in a financial institution 
  • Statistical and mathematical Modeling knowledge 
  • Knowledge in SQL, SAS, other statistical/modeling tools like Portrait Miner, etc.
