Testers: Senior & Automation
Essential Skills: Have experience using high quality and effective recruiter technology including CRM, Seek, LinkedIn, etc to build a book of candidates. Have excellent written and verbal communications skills An understanding and an ability to farm their book of candidates. We will seed their book of candidates with our existing contractors and with our extensive LinkedIn networks. Be willing to travel to Australia for team meetings. Be self motivated and want to work with the owners of a business to get quick decisions and have good communications. Be a strategic thinker who can consider the long term scope of the role and provide GoSourcing with strategic and tactical advice to guide our resources focus and our investment.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
