1. Coordinates and Elicits information from functional users
2. Understand the business requirements and its relevance to the other department
3. Improve processes in the context of reducing cycle time, better cost management, better customer experience and improved employee engagement

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
2. At least 10 year(s) of working experience in process improvement and initiatives
3. With solid exposure in continuous improvement
4 Familiar or exposed in an approach in documenting and re calibrating the processes and continuous improvement
5. Candidates must be willing to work in Quezon Avenue, Quezon City
