As a Lead Sourcer you’ll help design how we will find, attract and hire the best employees. You will mentor and
develop a team of sourcers and build scalable solutions for a high growth and high demand company.
Successful candidates will have experience leading a sourcing team. The ideal candidate will have the knowledge on
how to build scalable solutions and processes that push the limits of people and recruitment.
What you will do:
Champion of Diversity (help with strategy & execution to find, attract & hire diverse candidates)
Create sourcing strategies, map talent, and uncover new and exciting pipelines.
Drive sourcing Innovation.
Create project plans, dictate timelines, and deliver against demand.
Experience leading a sourcing team
Proven success in the realm of implementing sourcing best practices
Solid experience working with multiple hiring managers and other demanding internal clients.
Strong proficiency for data analysis and inefficiency identification.
Ability to look ahead to the future instead of what is causing concerns in the present. Aptitude to consider
aspects of scale, scope, and impact.
5+ years of staffing experience with, preferably, in house managerial experience
Proven management skill
Demonstrated ability to digest and use data to drive decisions making
Experience collaborating with internal stakeholders in regards to documenting and implementing process
Success in developing junior sourcers and managing sourcing team
Minimum of two years of lead or managerial duties.
Experience in volume is a plus
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management
software will consider with high regards
Willing to work/relocate in Pampanga

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
