This position plays critical role in Philippine. The key task is to manage supplier relationships to ensure strategic partnership and drive supplier performance improvement on quality, cost, on-time delivery, inventory and lead-time.
Team up with overseas customers, regular communication and follow up projects for timely completion
Work with Quality Assurance for supplier audits
Work with Logistics to resolve delivery issues
Research and analyze assigned category to ensure expertise in product/application/
market/economic/industry/emerging technologies to establish new product and business opportunities
Assess competitor positions, product offerings, markets, and performance
Partner with overseas customer(s) to lead new product development and implementation to ensure
continuity of ideas from concept to profitable product offering
Manage and negotiate all elements of supplier selection and supplier relationships
Champion lean tools to drive performance improvement in supply base and department
Prepare reports for management and to track own progress
Experienced in packaging materials and mechanical components’ sourcing related experience
Education: Bachelor's degree or above
Working Experience: At least 8 years experience in a broad range of functions including; purchasing (domestic and global), engineering, distribution
Knowledge/Skills:Communication skills, Negotiation skills, PowerPoint presentation, and Excel
worksheet analytical skills
Language: Advanced English and Mandarin ability

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
