• Develop products and solutions by identifying potential products; conducting market research; generating product requirements; determining specifications, production timetables, pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction; developing marketing strategies
• Work with the Solutions Pre-Sales Manager and Solutions Pre-Sales Director in developing business marketing plans to ensure achievement of sales targets
• Assists in the improvement of company branding and media communication activities such as but not limited to; press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals and websites
• Conduct analysis for both current and past budgets, expenses, sales, revenues and product deficiencies in order to provide recommendations for business growth and problem resolution
• Communicate and explain to prospective clients the specifications and advantages of all the offered products, solutions and services and follow up with them in order to close business deals
• Respond to client queries regarding the products, solutions and services in a timely fashion
• Prepare annual marketing budget and track expenses against the budget
• Research and develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends
• Maintain a database of clients, referrals, prospects and presentations
• Represent the company in industry forums, client discussions and conferences
• Determine cross-selling opportunities among the different sales segments of the company
• Supervise the client relationship management database and utilize it to manage client contacts and mailing lists

Qualifications
• Must be a graduate of Sales & Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Advertising or any Business Course or other related field
• Preferably with at least 5 years of working experience as Product Officer or Solutions Pre-Sales in an IT/ICT company
• Proficient in all computer software and applications particularly in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
