• Basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) experience

• Knowledgeable with WEBSITE and SOCIAL MEDIA accounts MAINTENANCE

• Proficiency in basic GRAPHIC DESIGN

• Good ENGLISH VERBAL and WRITTEN communication skills

Job Description:

• Create Social Media Content Plan (text and photos); conceptualize original, relevant, and engaging social media marketing campaigns on various platforms.

• Create a regular publishing schedule.

• Monitor and reply to all online reviews, comments, inquiries, and bookings (including emails) in a timely manner.

• Report feedback and online reviews.

• Coordinate with other departments in case of pertinent concerns from guests which need specific information and to stay updated on new products, features and company-related events

• Take photos of relevant events and personalities to use for online posts.

• All endorsed tasks related to digital and social media.

• Assist the designated manager for all endorsed tasks related to marketing and communications.

• Maintain competition check and other information related to revenue generation or reputation management.

• Explore all possible digital media advertising platforms, programs, software, etc.
