Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Description
Responsibilities;

  •  Conceptualize organic and paid social campaigns 
  •  Ensure sourcing of relevant images and distribution of social media posts across our corporate accounts (LinkedIn, Twitter primarily), 
  •  Implement new social media features as suitable to improve performance and grow audiences and engagement 
  •  Help drive a consistent stream of content with a variety of assets and engagement types 
  •  Manage employee social advocacy strategy and platform, moderate and manage content that is being pulled from corporate social networks 
  •  Post content directly through internal social platform – e.g. internal content, quick polls, calls to action and general monthly reports and offer feedback on content and user behaviour 
  • Work with global teams to complete tasks and projects 
  •  Experienced in Hootsuite and/or similar tools
  •  Grow web traffic by evaluating and improving the site’s SEO, creating and maintaining content, and track performance using Google Analytics to identity opportunities 
  •  Collect and analyze metrics and make recommendations for improvements 
  •  Execute search marketing and paid search campaigns. 
  •  Setup, execute, track, monitor, optimize and analyze digital paid (PPC) campaigns against KPIs 
  •  Identify KPIs and report key metrics from digital campaigns 
  •  Experienced in SEO tools such as Mox, Ahrefs.

Qualifications;

  •  Proficiency with Google Analytics in measuring and reporting on website and campaignperformance 
  • A solid understanding of digital/social marketing tactics and best practices to improve their efficiency and effectiveness 
  • Ability to manage projects and balance multiple, competing priorities simultaneously 
  • Knowledge of and proven expertise in social media 
  • Knowledge of paid digital channels (AdWords, LinkedIn advertising etc…) 
  • Knowledge of and proven expertise in SEO and SEM 
  • Good editorial judgment, copywriting skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work with colleagues across different time zones 
  • Knowledge of social media management systems, internal and external 
  • Strong excel skills 
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing or communications or equivalent experience 
  •  5+ years of professional experience in social media marketing and/or content management, preferably in the business to business arena
  • Amenable to work in Makati City, Morning Shift
