JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field. 
  • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
  • Required Skill(s): tableau, Microsoft Office, BI, Salesforce, SaaS 
  • Preferably Supervisor/5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employee specialized in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. 


Voice Specialist (SIP Technologies)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in any field. 
Must have at least
  • 2+ years work experience in a Telecommunications/Contact Center Technical industry. 
  • Strong sense /work experiences in:SIP Knowledge and Configuration / Troubleshooting of TDMs or other SBCs. 
  • SIP Call Set Up 
  • SDP Attributes 
  • CAS (Rob-bit) 
  • Switches and Routers 
  • Good communication / Analytical / Problem Solving / Voice Engineering Skills 
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
