Job Description
What will you do?
  • Automation of routine tasks through ServiceNow including design, creation and administration of key components such as: Forms, Workflows, Catalog Items, Metrics, Service Level Agreements, Reports, and Dashboards
  • Complete job responsibilities utilizing predefined release and change management processes
  • Load, transform and maintain data interfaces between ServiceNow and other systems
  • Write and maintain up-to-date documentation related to the application administration and configuration
What do you need to succeed?
  • Required: 2-3 years experience Implementing and maintaining ITSM Tools
  • Required: 2-3 years experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML5, CSS3, and AJAX
  • Required: 2-3 years experience with Incident Management, Service Request Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Configuration Management and other ITIL process areas
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Preferred: ITIL and/or ServiceNow Administrator Certifications
