  • At least 1 year of work experience as IT Service Desk and /or Call Center Technical Support
As part of our growth, your tasks will be:
  • Acting as a single point of contact for phone calls, email and ticketing system escalations..
  • Receiving, logging and managing calls, emails and tickets.
