Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Provide level 1 customer support in order to ensure a continuous improvement of our star products and escalate if/when needed.

Provide level 1 product support in order to ensure a winning customer experience and escalate if /when needed.

Provide level 1 internal IT support in order to ensure a strong collaborator knowledge and efficiency within Thinxtra and escalate if needed.

Provide level 1-2 system support to avoid business disruptions and escalate if needed.

Provide level 1 Sigfox Operators support to ensure a qualitative experience using Thinxtra designed tools.

Hold the Ownership of the product feedback to the product team.

​Support the customers in their device integration

Contribute to continuous improvement of the company processes.

​Monitor and manage the company phone system to ensure that the first customer contact is a success.

Report issues to Thinxtra suppliers in order to increase their support quality

Assist the Logistics Assistant if needed to provision devices and contracts for a seamless dispatch of products in order to maximize customer satisfaction.

Report and participate in weekly meetings with the Management in Sydney and be available 100% of the time during business hours

Desired Qualification and Skills Required

Hold at least a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications, Electronics or Computer Science. Master of Science is appreciated.

A Service Desk experience is a must.

Experience on Rest APIs and integration.

Experience in Linux operating systems, particularly Centos, Ubuntu and Red Hat.

Knowledge on embedded systems and hardware related to IoT applications.

Knowledge on scripting languages such as Python and bash scripting and MySQL.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build strong working relationships.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

Ability to multitask and work to deadlines.

Knowledge on wireless network and radio communications.

A proactive/can do attitude is essential to the success of this role (start-up mindset)
