Service Desk Analyst (3 months Project)

-Agents identify discrepancies, special equipment, or field work needs.

-Activate and modify network features within the switch.

-Update and correct assignment information within various systems.

-Serve as Single Point of Contact – provide assignment assistance and information to other departments when required to investigate, monitor and resolve internet products and services issues within established guidelines to provide guidance and support to resolve trouble tickets and client issues, CBR-Call Back number issues, Task List Referrals.
