Job Description
Service Delivery Support

Job Objective:

Service Delivery Support provides assistance to the Service Delivery Management by making sure that all issues/requests are being acknowledged and assessed on his/her level upon receipt.

  • 1 to 3 years of experience on the following: 
  • Service Desk Support or similar environment 
  • IT Operations and/or Applications industry 
  • Solid organizational skills and ability to work with multiple priorities 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to work with diverse personalities. 
  • Solid documentation skills 
  • Knowledge of how applications are designed, built, tested and most importantly supported 
  • Knowledge in performing service delivery support 
  • Knowledge in handling major Incidents and escalations 
  • Technical background with an understanding on software development life cycle is a plus (SAP, Oracle, SailPoint, etc.) 
  • ITIL knowledge or experience is a plus 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • Should be able to work alone with minimum supervision 
  • Willing to be on an on-call support during weekends and holidays if needed
