Job Description
Provide software configuration and customization:

o Screen customization

o Workflow administration

o Report setup

o Data imports

o Integration

o Custom scripting

o Third party software integrations

• Work closely with IT and Business teams (Client and NNIT) to develop and en-hance ServiceNow capabilities.

• Support daily ServiceNow operations.

• Meet software compliance standards

• Define development timelines, time estimates and implementation plans

• Ensure all members of the team have a proper understanding of the technical vision

• Participate in presales and proposal efforts for possible projects

• Develop standards, policies, procedures and systems for ensuring that software development/implementation is carried with consistently high quality, and con-forming to industry recognized standards

• Audit projects to ensure adherence to company standards


Minimum requirements for the position are:

• 3+ years experience in ServiceNow development – experience should include scripting, tool configuration, design work, technical configuration, and deploy-ment; specifically, candidates shall possess the skill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/or customization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Request.

• Knowledgeable in Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Macros, Client Scripting

• Practical experience with offshoring and cooperation across borders with experi-ence negotiating and resolving issues in a multicultural environment.

• Strong consultancy skills (i.e., should be able to advise customers on the cost/ benefit, and risks associated with project decisions.

• Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills, and must be able to communicate effectively and work at all levels of the organization.

• Innovative and proactive in solving problems and improving processes/tools

• Analytical, self-motivated, responsible, flexible and with positive work attitude

Good to have:

• ITIL Foundations Certification

• ServiceNow Application Developer Certification

• ServiceNow Systems Administrator Certification

• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
