Job Description
The Senior Manager - Automaton & Intelligence will need to work closely with the General Manager – Automation & Intelligence so they are both at the forefront of all Automation and Intelligence trends relevant to contact centres, back-office process and business process outsources. A focus for the Senior Manager – Automation & Intelligence is the focus towards building our delivery infrastructure and capability across all areas of Automation & Intelligence including;

 Artificial Intelligence 
 Robotic Process Automation 
 Desktop Automation 
 Home Assistance devices 
 Voice analytics

 Data analytics 
 Other technologies and trends


 Assisting the Financial growth of the department  Internal deliverables (typically charged to other departments at cost)  Existing customer uptake and ‘stickiness’ to help with retention  New customer growth – including how those customers grow across other business units within the company  Enterprise class delivery model for all areas of Automation & Intelligence  Brand recognition to our target market as experts within the field


 Promote and demonstrate Acquire’s values internally and externally 
 Educate the business on the latest trends and technologies 
 Lead a highly skilled and efficient team that is aligned with the Companies core values and the business unit targets 
 Build business cases on implementing systems, processes and technologies that gain efficiencies and improvements of current clients that provide earnings growth to the Company 
 Build business cases on implementing systems, processes and technologies that gain efficiencies and improvements throughout the business 
 Implement to budget and timeframes, systems, projects and technologies both internally and to external clients  Manage a range projects, tasks, policies and procedures 
 Assist in areas of business growth 
 Keep up to date with market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies 
 Work collaboratively with all team members and understand all functions within the business


 Share an entrepreneurial spirit – with a view of getting things done 
 3+ years’ experience implementing systems and processes 
 Strong technology understanding and experience 
 A passion for helping improve people’s lives through technology and process 
 Strong analytic and financial knowledge and experience 
 Strong commercial understanding with at mid-range of legal knowledge
 A focus on growth with the ability to promote the company where necessary 
 Have the ability to and flexibility to travel when needed
