Job Description
Overview:

Reporting directly to the Co-Founders, the Senior/Brand Manager will be responsible for managing two brands, with a 60/40 time split.

He/She must be able to develop consumer promotions, analyze data, identify gaps, propose new solutions, formulate creative marketing strategies and activations, and manage budgets.

The S/BM must also be able to gather and analyze relevant information about trends in consumer behaviour, consumption habits, social lifestyles and general economy, competition and trade development, which may affect current and future market where his/her brands play in.

Further, he/she must be able to manage all the creative processes of managed brands; while staying true to its platform and brand guidelines.

He/she must also be able to provide operational and administrative support for the day-to-day needs of the businesses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Founders to develop overall business and marketing strategies
  • In-charge of managing brand P&Ls to reach annual growth revenue targets 
  • Lead development and execution of cost-efficient marketing activations across channels, ensuring that it drives brand desirability, commercials, advocacy and conversion 
  • Lead research and analysis to recommend product and packaging innovations and to develop channel/distribution as well as go-to-market strategies and plans 
  • Management of online store, website, social media accounts and any other customer portals 
  • Management of day-to-day relationships with external agencies, suppliers and manufacturers 
  • Identifying opportunities for commercial, cross-brand and influencer partnerships 
  • Forecasting of monthly stock requirement and management of ageing stock 
  • Conduct regular brand or service training with trade partners and/or staff 
  • Handle weekly manning and staff concerns 
  • Oversee daily operations of owned stores 


Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, sales or business
  • Entrepreneurial Marketer who is commecially savvy, creative, and solutions focused 
  • Excellent analytical, research, and presentation skills 
  • Ability to work remotely and independently, in a start-up environment 
  • Ability to manage multiple brands, stakeholders and priorities 
  • Must have experience in managing budgets, ROI driving campaigns, and social media 
  • Must have an international mindset, strong understanding of global and regional trends 
  • Prior experience in FMCG, F&B and/or E-commerce is a plus 
  • Proficiency in English speaking and writing and MS Office is a must 
  • Must be willing to travel overseas and work in Quezon City area
