The Managed Print Services Senior Account Managers primary role is to achieve business objectives of sales team through new account acquisition, in-depth understanding of unique value proposition to fulfill clients needs & strong customer relationship. Maintains and grows relationships with large customers, while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth goal.
Build and maintain sales in corporate & government accounts
Maintain close working relationships with corporate & government accounts
Develop sales call list & route plan to maximize coverage of assigned area
Continuously update and report account funnel database with new customers and status of deals
Create and conduct product proposals, demonstration and sales presentation of Managed Print Services
Deliver sales targets and commitments by demonstrating high-level performance and driving issues to closure without compromising quality and timeliness
Understand clients industry, products, strategy and goals to determine how we can best support them.
Attending initial sales meetings and meeting the client.
Retain existing business, while pursuing profitable growth opportunities in assigned customer accounts.
Serves as the single point of contract for management of corporate & government accounts in assigned area

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
