Job Description
Main Responsibilities
  • Configure, enhance and maintain client endpoint security tools, in particular Advance Malware Protection solution, to ensure security compliance and data privacy 
  • Monitor, analyze, and solve security events and incidents from different endpoint security tools or external sources 
  • Ensure all client endpoint devices have proper security protection (malware protection, updated patch, secure configurations, etc) 
  • Introduce and improve client end point security processes using automation solutions to reduce manual work 
  • Coordinate with different business functions and third party vendors to resolve issues 
  • Apply and develop best security practices in handling client endpoint security operations and incidents 
  • Documents operational security procedures regarding incident response and forensics. 


Qualifications:

Skills
  • Good Scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, etc.) 
  • Strong understanding of Network Fundamentals 
  • Strong understanding of different Operating System and application processes 
  • Log Analysis, Malware Analysis and Forensic Skills (preferred) 
  • Hands on experience on managing and designing with any of the following types of security tools: Advance Malware Protection, Endpoint Detection & Response, Forensic Tools, SIEM, DLP 
  • Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues independently 
  • Understanding of common security vulnerabilities, malware behavior and attacks as well as how to remediate them 
  • Strong willingness to learn new technologies 


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science, cybersecurity or related field preferred 
  • 3+ years experience in IT Security technical support or similar position 
  • Relevant professional information security/technology certifications such as CCNA, CEH, OSCP, CISSP,GIAC
