Job Description:

The SEM Specialist position is to coordinate SEO efforts, including onsite and offsite optimization and keyword expansion research. This position will also oversee paid search campaigns to ensure success. We are looking for an analytical and perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator and is able to collaborate with various teams. Current knowledge of SEO practices and techniques is essential to this role. Also, experience and strong working knowledge in PPC campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:
-Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
-Develop and executive successful SEO strategies.
-Conduct keyword research to guide marketing efforts.
-Optimize copy and landing pages for paid campaigns.
-Prepare and present performance reports regularly.
-Conduct A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
-Work with development team and marketing teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented.

Skills & Qualifications:
-BS required in business, marketing, digital marketing, or comparable field, Masters preferred.
-5+ years in comparable role
-B2B background highly preferred
-Proven SEM experience and success managing campaigns across Google, Bing, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
-Proven success in SEO (off-Page and On-Page) preferably in financial services and/or insurance industries.
-Google Ads Search & Display Certified, Facebook Blueprint Certified.
-Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
-Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
-In-depth, verifiable experience with Google Analytics as respects financial services and/or insurance industries
-Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
-Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM.
-Working knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
