WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE?
Design and deliver best practice and personalised customer journeys by utilising analytics and data led insights.
Use these insights to continually optimise and improve performance to ensure a positive ROI with all customer journeys.
WHAT WOULD THE HIRE BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Own, design, build, automate and report on database marketing campaigns / journeys in support of key marketing strategies within Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and Optimove.
Leverage behavioural data and analytics (preferably Google Analytics) to provide recommendations and optimising journeys with the view to increase engagement and drive higher conversion.
Understand the sync between Marketing Cloud, Optimove and Salesforce in order to optimise campaign creation and lead processing.
Collaborate with marketing department on marketing campaigns including email, website, microsites, social media, video, newsletters and blogs.
Proactively identity opportunities to continually improve efficiently and effectiveness of all Marketing campaigns.
Work with the wider marketing team to ensure all customer communications are always on-brand and on-message, including look and feel, copy content and call to action.
WHAT IS NEEDED TO QUALIFY?
BA qualifications with 4 years relevant industry experience.
Strong proficient across all Microsoft Office Suite Applications (including Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
Proficient with AMP Scripting, CSS, HTML and developing SQL.
A sound technical understanding of SalesForce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) with a least 2-year proven record in SFMC.
Extensive understanding of key SFMC tools, focusing primarily on Email Studio and Social Studio, as well as familiarity with Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Advertising Studio
A strong interest and understanding of web analytics and tracking technology (Google Analytics etc)
Experience building integrations with other systems for seamless data flow
Good interpersonal and communication skills (in English), including the ability to consult, negotiate and liaise effectively with a diverse range of people.
Highly self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines
Strong technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Excellent communication and writing skills in English
Experience with a range of Marketing Technologies, including but not limited to Salesforce, Marketing Cloud
Have a strong knowledge of CRM and analytical systems and are proficient in customer focused targeting, experimentation and segmentation techniques.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
Previous experience with Optimove would be desirable but isnt essential
Previous experience with Google Analytics would be desirable but isnt essential

New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
