Work schedule: Shifting/Rotating shift, Must be willing to be assigned on a night shift schedule, weekends/holiday shifts

Will lead the team in the following Tier 1 application support activities:
  • Login issues
  • Profile Management
  • Data Load
  • Add New Users/Deactivating Users
  • Technical System Issues
  • Marketing Automation Requests
  • Miscellaneous Maintenance Activities
  • Basic system issue troubleshooting with end user in support of TELUS’ Enterprise, Small and Medium Business ("SMB"), TELUS Quebec, Partner Solutions, Marketing and other business units within TELUS.
