Job Description
You will provide end-to-end services to our internal customers: collaborating with business users to capture the needs, translate them into solutions in line with the product roadmap, and implement the solution in the SFDC platforms.

In the capacity of Solution Architect, you will have input responsibility to the SFDC solution architecture. You will assist in setting the strategic and tactical goals for the solution in close collaboration with line of business and the Senior Architect. Analyze; distribute and deliver project related configuration and customization tasks on the global SFDC solution. Contribute to the 2nd & 3rd level support of SFDC.

It will be essential you establish strong relationship with the users, in an active listening mode while managing their expectations. In collaboration with the SFDC Senior Solution Architect, you define the most appropriate solution to the requirements. Your primary tasks in this role

• Advise on Salesforce.com best practices

• Configuring Salesforce.com solutions

• Contribute to the continuous re-engineering of sales and service processes across the entire organization

• Provide technical solutions to business obstacles

• Work with business stakeholders to identify and cater to their needs

• Improve the business through streamlined SFDC implementation

• Internal customer 2nd and 3rd level support

• Training and facilitating workshops

For the right candidate the following would be possible:

• Lead large scale SFDC projects

• Lead the solution architecture for SFDC

Your experience and background

We are looking for a candidate who has a burning desire to work with CRM.

As a candidate you should have:

• 2+ years working with Salesforce.com

• Hands on experience of configuring and supporting of Salesforce.com system

• Strong technical Saleforce.com (development and coding) a plus

• Experience working with different levels in the organization

• Excellent problem solving and support skills

• The ability to manage multiple small projects in a fast paced environment

• Strong requirements gathering experience

• The ability to influence and drive change

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
