Salesforce Application Specialist - Level 2

Job Description
• Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their CRM application.

• Provide user support and technical issue resolution (from troubleshooting remotely or assistance over the phone or email).

• Understands all aspects of Salesforce configuration and technical/functional capabilities, including all changes in the system.

• Provide user help by answering how to questions that are specific to business processes or salesforce.com implementation.

• Meet or exceed established Salesforce Support Service Level Agreement (SLA)

• Accountable for end to end resolution of incidents; track and monitor incidents throughout the lifecycle.

Candidate Profile:

• Multiple years of Salesforce application team membership, with the proven ability to deliver administration, development, and deployment tasks

• Evidence of consistent service delivery across technical provision, responsiveness and end user satisfaction to a large Salesforce user population (over 1000 users globally).

• Extensive experience of report development, configuration and support in a multi-site, multi-stream environment.

• Clear focus on support, product expertise and getting information into the hands of the users

• Ability to develop strong working relationships with the business stakeholders, external development partners, central functions, sales and operations.

• Collaborative, high energy, team player who believes in creating strong internal dynamics

• Well versed in agile development and continuous integration processes.

Required skills & knowledge:

• At least 2 years of Salesforce application solution support.

• Hands-on experience of Sales and Service Cloud solutions, including portal, in B2B / B2C industries

• Extensive data management and data quality work would be highly regarded

• Salesforce Certification is a must.
