  • Entering leads that come in from the manufactures, keying all relevant details and grading them A, B, C - being bale to close out the C and potability B customer leads, working in with the state managers.
  • Outbound Telesales to current customers/ or new customers to advise them of our product range or follow up on recent orders
  • Data management of monthly sales.
  • End of month reporting - formatting and finalising before sending off to the National Business manager.
  • Microsoft Office Onedrive Management - saving documents the team require, making sure all folders are neat and easy for the team to access/ ensuing all documents and certifications are up to date.
  • Completing distributes New Line forms for new product
  • Sales Team Support
  • Managing the process of bulk emails - assisting the team with emails to current customers and new customers on product launches.
  • Answering any calls from the 1300 Number and emails
  • CRM Maintenance and Salesforce Projects
  • Putting processes and procedures in place to make the sales team more efficient on the road.

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience doing Sales, Customer Service, and Admin
  • Experience in SalesForce or other CRM software is preferred
  • Great Phone manner with a customer service focus
  • Experienced in Excel, Word, Microsoft and emails - tech savvy
  • Can be confident to take charge when needed
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
