- We are looking for an articulate, confident, and motivated Sales Support Assistant for our Global Rights Sales team, which licenses hundreds of translations and reprint of Cambridge University Press books every year to customers worldwide.
The responsibilities of this post encompasses managing customer account and credit requests, sales ordering, invoicing, and royalty processing, and financial reporting. The post holder will be required to communicate and in a timely manner across many internal departments, including Accounts Receivable and Credit Management, and externally to our customers.
The successful candidate will have proven sales and administrative experience, the ability to manage their time well with a large workload, and excellent relationship-building skills. The ability to communicate well in both spoken and written forms will be an essential feature of the applicant, as will a superior attention to details. Experience of detailed financial reporting and working with financial systems like SAP will be a distinctive advantage, as will the ability to speak languages other than English and Tagalog.Knowledge and Experience

For thirteen years the Manila office has remarkably made exceptional service and technological contribution to the fulfilment of the Press’s goals and objectives. Currently, the organisation is making initiatives to developing new technological solutions and service innovations to meet the growing needs of our partners within the Cambridge community. Cambridge University Press and Cambridge Assessment are continually making investments to achieve their desired products and services that would enable current and future customers develop better online experience.
