Job Description

  • Responsibilities:

    • Focus on Data Integrity, analyzing, validating and cleansing
    • Analyze and clean CRM data by understanding Sophos business
    • Book of Deals data quality, Last Invoice Value analysis, cleansing and maintenance
    • Research and investigate data irregularities/anomalies
    • Assist on Territory Management
    • Provide assistance on Regional SalesOps cases includes, but is not limited to:
    •           Quoting assistance and margin change request 
    •           Deal Registration Incumbency
    •           Account and opportunity territory alignments
    •           Consolidation requests
    •           Providing individual quote support to reps
    •           Providing basic CRM training to reps
    •           Assist the manager with projects and perform other duties as assigned
