Job Description
  • Develop maximum profitable sales of Company products in the assigned area through full coverage of all contracts and by becoming a value added partner to the key business partners and drivers 
  • Work with Immediate superior and team members to create and execute territory business plans for generating sales in the area. 
  • Create on-going activities through Sales Coordinators for on-going sales and marketing activities to promote Company products and achiever Key Sales Performance goals. 
  • Assess business potentials for new and existing targets for recommendation to Management. 
  • Set goals and write business plans in order to meet or surpass sales quota or increase market share in the assigned area. 
  • Regularly maintain a business- critical list. 
  • Meet with key clients; assist Sales Coordinators in maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals. 
  • Achieve satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share based on pre-set standards and industry trends. 
  • Monitor competitor products, sales and marketing activities. 
  • Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners. 
  • Analyze and control Sales Region expenditures to conform to set budgetary requirements. 
  • Lead the assigned Sales Region Speed to Market Trial (SMT) and Pre-Commercial Trial (PCT) activities: 
  • Supervise the SMT/PCT implementation based on the approved guidelines. 
  • Evaluate and report trial results. 
  • Arrange the STM/PCT tour programs 
  • Behave, deal and represent based on documentation e.g. written and approved: Price List, e-mail, memorandum, programs 
  • Submit monthly reports and other required reports at any given time. 
  • Manage the team to create or increase awareness and use of the Company products in settings such as distributors, dealers, big land owners, financiers and farmers.
