To support sales team in administration and document.
Prepare, handle and process quotes or product orders (by telephone, letter, e-mail or website), follow up on them and closely work together with the accounting department to ensure the collection of open invoices.
Dealing with and responding to a high amount of emails.
Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material.
Respond to complaints or inquiries from customers and give after-sales support when requested in close cooperation with the support team.
To maintain good relationship with customers, partners, distributors and principles.
Bachelor's degree in any field
Preferred with least 1-2 years of working experience in the IT related field
Self-motivated and team player
Be able to communicate in English
Working hour: Monday-Friday 09:00-18.00

Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
