Job Description
  • Champions the Enterprise Risk and Insurance Management at Manila Water Operations/New Business Operations. 
  • Oversees the entire enterprise risk and insurance management function and leads the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the ERM process and Insurance Management Program. 
  • Develop the Enterprise Risk Management Program for implementation in Manila Water Operations/ New Business Operations. 
  • Develop the Insurance Management Program for implementation in Manila Water Operations/ New Business Operations. 
  • Lead and direct the Enterprise Risk and Insurance Management programs and organization of Manila Water Operations or Manila Water New Business Operations in implementing the ERM process throughout Manila Water, maintaining ERM Maturity, risk culture building and implementation of the Insurance Management Program. 
  • Review risk reports, present and provide updates to the Board Risk Oversight Committee (BROC), Risk Management Executive Committee (RMEC), Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and Ayala Corporation. 
  • Provide risk advisory services and perform targeted risk analysis outside routine risk management and reporting process as directed by key leadership such as the BROC, RMEC, SLT, risk owners and designates.
