Job Description

  • • Reviewing tickets assigned in the team queue and engaging with stakeholders for additional information.

    • Drafting the financial approval pack on list of goods and services requested.

    • Coordination with the direct expense management stream to properly track the payment schedule in the central direct expense tracker.

    • Supporting the operational activity needed to get an engagement fully executed.

    • Raising carts in the Coupa system for engagements and tracking the progress of each ticket assigned in the queue.

    • Provide support for invoice inquiries to identify the correct PO.

    • Service desk support/Management of the team shared mailbox.

    • Training and support for stakeholders on best practices.

    • Procurement document repository management.
