Meet and maintain sales conversion targets in accordance with Crown’s KPIs.
Follow proven company sales strategies, scripts and protocols designed to actively influence the improvement of: Sales Revenues, Gross Margins, Conversion Ratios and CrownCare Revenues and Sell Rates.
Receive incoming sales enquiries, identify opportunity and direct the customer toward the most appropriate service solution (virtual or telephone consultation).
Ensure all leads, referrals, quotations are promptly actioned and followed through in an integrated and pro-active manner geared toward a successful close.
Ensure that administrative systems are up to date and accurate and data input protocols are observed and adhered to.
To create and maintain 100% accurate customer files and ensure all fields for every customer are up to date and accurate. (within the scope of the role)
To conduct ‘Virtual Consultations’ as a servicing option and when required.
Work closely with other internal stakeholders (Crown offices & departments) to ensure all opportunity is leveraged to maximum effect in a team selling environment.
When scheduling in-house consultations ensure each day is well planned geographically to maximise the utilisation of the Residential Sales Team (if needed).
Ensure all opportunities to "sell" and "up sell" insurance is maximised, and that each customer understands the inherent risk and the benefits of CrownCare options.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
