A Registration Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing the prioritization, management and building process for all the company’s registration projects. This role will work directly with our clients to help them with their registration projects from beginning to end, in addition to working closely with internal teams to assist with questions, issues and matters related to these projects.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with our clients and the Event Success team to build and manage event registration sites.
- Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of registration site launches.
- Communicate with clients directly regarding each project status and updates.
- Work with the Event Success and Customer Support teams to address questions and issues related to registration projects.
- Work with the Design team to collect assets for registration projects
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or in a related field
- Extensive experience using and managing registration tools such as Swoogo, preferred
- Experience with event registration process and management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension skills
- Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, hardworking, and goal oriented
- Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision
- Must be a team player, receptive to new ideas, and can easily adapt to change
- Flexible and accommodating and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required
- Experience in event planning is an asset
