Job Description
Job responsibility:
I. Develop and implement overall strategy of the regional company:
  •  Develop and adjust regional marketing strategies based on the internal and external changes in the real estate market;
  • Develop and implement marking plans, identify market opportunities, and initiate innovation and reform on marketing methods and tactics. 


II. Develop and implement regional annual sales plan: 
  • Develop, revise and implement the regional sales plan based on the company’s annual sales target Supervise and control the implementation of the sales plan and take full responsibility for the results ;
  • Develop and implement plans of budget, profit distribution. 


III. Establish communication channels: 
  • Establish a good internal communication system within the regional company and coordinate among all departments. 


IV. Establish and improve on an efficient and unified organizational and working system:
  •  Manage and push forward key processes, rules and regulations on marketing, and conduct timely optimization of the organization and processes; 
  • Create a better corporate culture, shape and strengthen corporate values. 


V. Mange the routine work of the regional company:
  •  Be responsible for the building of employees and select middle and senior managerial staff;
  •  Convene regular meetings and make decisions on major issues. 


[Job Requirements] Applicant must:

1. Hold an undergraduate degree or above. Majors in Marketing, Business Management and other related fields preferred.

2. Have a min. of 6 years working experience in project marking in the real estate industry and 3 years working experience as a senior marketing manager in famous property company.

3. Be proficient in the knowledge of marketing and market survey, the process of marketing planning, project development and key sales segments.

4. Demonstrate excellent abilities in comprehension, communications, innovations and management; Have original views in market trends, related policies, and product planning and marketing strategies.

5. Be familiar with the real estate policies and industry situations of the region.

6. Candidate(s) with a sales performance of over 400 million USD per year or equivalent preferred.

7. Bilingual (English/Chinese) candidates preferred.

一、制定和实施公司整体战略: 
1、领导制定区域内的房地产市场发展战略,并根据内外部市场环境的变化进行调整。 
2、组织实施整体市场营销战略,发掘市场机会,领导创新及变革营销方法、战略及战术。

二、制定和实施区域内的年度销售计划: 
1、根据公司要求的年度销售目标组织制定、修改、实施区域的年度销售计划。 
2、监督、控制销售计划的实施过程,并对结果负全面责任。 3、织实施财务预算方案及利润分配,使用方案。

三、建立良好的沟通渠道: 
1、领导建立区域内部的良好沟通渠道,协调各横向部门的关系。 

四、建立、健全统一高效的组织体系和工作体系: 
1、主持、推动关键营销管理流程和规章制度,及时进行组织和流程的优化调整。
 2、领导营造企业文化氛围,塑造和强化公司价值观。

五、主持区域的日常工作:
 1、负责区域员工队伍建设,选拔中高层管理人员。 
2、召开区域营销部办公会议,对区域/国家内重大事项进行决策。

【任职资格】

1、全日制本科及以上学历。市场营销、经济管理等相关专业优先考虑;

2、6年以上房地产项目营销策划工作经验以及3年以上大型知名房地产公司营销高管工作经历;

3、精通房地产项目的营销策划流程、市场营销知识、市场调查知识,房地产开发流程及销售关键环节;

4、具极强的理解能力、沟通能力、创新能力和管理协调能力,对市场动态、相关政策、产品规划、营销策略等有独到见解;

5、熟悉当地房地产行业政策和行业情况;

6、管辖范围内,年销售业绩在4亿美元以上优先考虑;

7、优先考虑有中文基础/热爱中国文化的当地候选人,以及有英语基础的中国内地/华人候选人。
