Below are the qualifications of a Service Delivery Head:
• 15+ years of Project Management skills
• Preferably in HR domain/HR Product, ERP or S/w project implementations
• Role involves customer and team interaction and hence candidates need to have Excellent Communication, Leadership & Team management skills
• Role based at Manila and willingness to travel across ASIA
• Knowledge of Local language would be an advantage
Amenable to work in Makati City
• A service delivery manager identifies a client’s needs and oversees the delivery of the services within the context of the business.
• Establishing processes to provide consistently high levels of customer service in a cost-effective manner.
• Manages all project managers and oversee all employees within the service delivery department (HCM)
• Should have a passion for providing excellent customer service, who possess strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and who enjoy working as part of a team.
